Meet Steve Gray - a passionate entrepreneur, successful business owner, and an exceptional business coach. Steve is a family man first and foremost, with an amazing son and an incredible wife by his side. He has always been driven by the desire to help businesses reach their full potential and make a positive impact in the lives of the people he meets and works with.
Steve's journey began after he left university, where he embarked on a photography career working on Norwegian Cruise Line in Miami, Florida. He worked his way up and soon became the manager of his own cruise ship photography concession on the SS Norway. During his travels around the Caribbean, he developed a product for themed cruises that is still in use today.
Steve's next move was to work for renowned advertising and fashion photographer Bernhardt Von Spreckelsen as his photographic producer, where he learned the art of planning and managing large budgets for some of the most recognisable advertising photography of its time.

Following his time working with Bernhardt Steve's business education was supercharged while working for Michaeljohn Management, one of London’s most sought-after Photographic, Hair & Make Up, and Fashion Styling agencies. Under the mentorship of Frank Warner (CFO) and Michael Rasser (CEO), Steve began to understand the importance of client relationships, high-end customer service, and how the details matter.

In 2003, Steve took the big leap and opened his own high-end family portrait photography studio in Northampton. This was a scary but exciting time for Steve, but it was the beginning of a decade-long journey where his business grew with two more sites in the UK and one in the USA, all turning over £million+. Steve's Northampton studio also became a hub and centre of excellence for training and developing new photographic business owners to learn and develop their skills before opening their own businesses.

After selling his photography business in 2013, Steve joined the board of Directors of a national photography chain, where he learned the importance of development and investing in one's own skills and learning.
Since then, Steve has become a serial entrepreneur, running a small lifestyle photography business and a personalised product printing business with his wife. In recent years, Steve has devoted more of his time to coaching and assisting UK business owners, where he has come to realise that he truly enjoys helping others grow their businesses.
