HOW IT WORKS
Step 1:
Initially we'll work to get you a set of clearly defined Terms
Is to guide you in defining your vision for your future business. In essence, this means gaining a crystal clear understanding of what you desire from your business in terms of profits, drawings, and the time and effort you are willing to invest.
I'll work with you to establish how big you truly want to grow your business and other important factors that will drive your success. In addition, we'll delve into your Life Plan, identifying the things you want to achieve beyond work, but which your business must provide for. Through this process, we'll help you prioritise and establish clarity on how you should be utilising your time, highlighting what areas you should be focusing on and which ones to delegate, as all successful business people do.
Ultimately, we'll ensure your energy is directed towards delivering the business and lifestyle that align with your aspirations.
Step 2:
Step two is where we deep dive into your business numbers
Working with my top notch accountant, or your own we will deep dive into the numbers that make your business tick. We'll work out all the numbers that will deliver your terms and using these numbers we'll build your plan for the business and your life.
Step 3:
Planning the route and what will be required to deliver your Terms
Here we'll identify the appropriate pathway for your business's growth and progress, based on the insights gained from Steps 1 and 2. These steps as your Foundations, which are critical to achieving the desired outcomes.

Without a clear understanding of your business's objectives, a comprehensive grasp of its financial performance, and a well-formulated and coherent strategy and pathway for growth, your business will likely struggle to make progress and be stuck in a cycle of underperformance.

Once we have completed your Foundations phase, which usually takes a few weeks, we will move on to execution, where we'll begin to implement your customised plan to take your business to the next level.
Step 4:
Now we ensure you have the right team (not just employees)
Together, we'll focus on ensuring you have the appropriate team in place and creating a work environment that empowers them to perform at their best. This involves defining each team member's roles and responsibilities, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources to excel in their positions, and giving them the autonomy to operate effectively.

This approach, which is typical of professional business people, helps you understand the right messaging, targeting, and channels to focus on to maximise the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.

Now you've Cracked your Marketing Plan
As your coach I understand the importance of delivering consistent and efficient service to your customers. While many businesses aim to grow their customer base, they often struggle to maintain the quality and consistency of service required to retain those customers.
With my help you can avoid these pitfalls. Together we'll develop a comprehensive Customer Journey and provide guidance on how to implement it effectively.
Once you've executed the first 6 steps which typically takes entrepreneurs nine months or more to implement thoroughly, your role within your business will have evolved significantly. You'll be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to deliver exceptional service consistently, enabling you to retain your customer base and drive your business forward.

At this stage, your primary responsibility as a business owner is to monitor the routine. With the right Scorecards, management processes, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities in place across your entire business, you'll be well-equipped to oversee your business's day-to-day operations.
